FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two clamping oval rings 1 manufactured from titanium nickelide and rigidly connected one to another enabling relative opposing movements. Rings 1 are joined with S-shaped ends of titanium nickelide rods 2 crossing each other like X letter and belonging to parallel planes so that their concave end portions oppose each other. Rods 2 are connected with axle 3 at the point of crossing. S-shaped ends of rods 2 are connected with rings 1 on their diametrically opposed surfaces.
