Tendon of the musculus tibialis posterior is separated, cut from the attachment place and attached to the proximal end of Achilles tendon. Tendon of the muscle deflecting the first toe from calcanean tuber is cut off through the cut on the sole surface. The wound is sutured and Ilisarov apparatus is set.
