FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular-concrete mixes appropriate for manufacturing heat-insulation and construction-heat- insulation cellular concretes. Concrete mix contains, wt %: ground blast-furnace granulated slag, 53.65-74.32; low-value liquid glass, 25.09-45.02; pore agent, 0.161-0.755; and disperse-reinforcing material, 0.337-0.460. Pore agent may be either gas-forming agent (aluminum powder) or foam-forming agent (alkyldimethylamine oxide with 4-5% foam stabilizer). Disperse-reinforcing material is glass fiber in the form of 2-3-cm cuts or required-size meshes. Foam-concrete mix is prepared according to specified conditions. Surface of heat treated material is covered by protective coating based on 50% solution of latex and ground slag at ratio 1:(3-5).
