FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: foam concrete based on non-fired ceramic composition contains the following in pts.wt: metakaolin 100, amorphous silica 10-20, low-modulus liquid glass 100-130, sodium silicofluoride 15-30, copolymer of methacrylic ester and styrene 3-6, superplasticiser based on naphthalene sulphonic acid and formaldehyde 0.3-1.0, gypsum binder 3-7, synthetic foaming agent 2-3, water-repellent agent 0.5-2.5, glass (basaltic) fibre 0.3-0.5, water 20-50.
EFFECT: high workability of moulding mixtures, having fast hardening and strength gain, improved physical and mechanical properties of the obtained material: frost resistance and water resistance, reduced brittleness when making dense and strong art and decorative articles with a quality front surface for facing facades and blocks made from extra light (density of 150-300 kg/m3) heat insulating concrete with effective thermal and physical characteristics.
