DEVICE FOR CLEANING WELL-ADJOINING ZONE IN PRODUCTIVE OIL BEDS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for increasing oil recovery from beds. Device has control unit with cable shoe which are secured on geophysical cable. Control unit is connected with depression and technological chambers. Body of device is connected with depression chamber. Installed in vertical passage of body is non-return valve. Spool valve closes radial passages and vertical passage in body. Volume of depression chamber is 30-300 dm³ and it is made up of pump-compressor pipes. Technological chamber is provided with limiter for stopping of spool valve and it is located below body of device. Non-return valve is of taper shape and it interacts with spool valve. Body has seat-like socket to accommodate non-return valve. Control unit has thrust stem for interaction with non-return valve. Application of aforesaid device improves efficiency of cleaning well-adjoining zone in productive oil beds with complete bringing to surface of impurities and with breaking sedimentation zone of bed.
