FIELD: oil industry, intensified production of oil. SUBSTANCE: gear includes instrument head with electric lead-in and pressure transducer, encased cumulative perforator, one or two depression chambers. If two depression chamber are employed they are positioned one above and the other beneath cumulative perforator. Upper depression chamber has space 15 times or more larger than space of perforator. It has ball valve-contact with conical setting seat in contact sleeve. It is necessary to secure electric circuit of electric explosion line. At same time it functions as intake valve and can open simultaneously with shooting through of perforation holes. Lower depression chamber opens with time delay. Explosive charges with pressed powder cumulative funnels with punching capability exceeding 600 mm are used in cumulative perforator. They are arranged in case of perforator at distance of 200-300 mm one from another. Depression chambers are fitted with intake valve with norming conduits to control value of depression within limits of 30-50% of value of seam pressure. Gear is equipped with remote pressure transducer to record entire hydrodynamic process of operation of gear. Rubber or polyurethane shock absorbers in the form of cylindrical bushings with longitudinal grooves to center gear and at same time to limit inflow of fluid into depression chamber from shaft of well are used. If one depression chamber is employed then it is positioned beneath cumulative perforator. Technology includes perforation and cleaning of perforation conduits simultaneously with their punching. Gear described above is used for deep perforation of seams exceeding 600 mm. It is employed to conduct perforation with density up to 4-6 holes per meter. Products of cleaning of perforation conduits are extracted to surface. Oil and gas inflow is stimulated under controlled value of depression and preservation of quality of cementing of production string. EFFECT: increased efficiency of opening with lesser density of perforation thanks to punching of deep conduits, cleaning of these conduits and preservation of quality of cement support. 2 cl, 2 dwg
