FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine power plant includes compressor, fuel combustion chamber and gas turbine. Stepped gas turbine is fitted with drives for compressor and electric generator. Gas-turbine power plant is additionally equipped with water tubular waste-heat boiler connected to outlet of turbine via pipe-line with outlet of hot exhaust gases out of turbine of electric generator. Compressor is provided with 1-14 guiding devices mounted for turning at angle of 5-55 deg and fitted with drives of their turn in agreement with specified law by means of control system.
