FIELD: heat power industry, specifically, generation of heat and electric energy in gas-turbine power plants. SUBSTANCE: process of generation of heat and electric energy includes supply of natural gas and air into combustion chamber with the use of compressor set in motion by turbine and pick-up of electric energy from drive of power turbine. Mixture of exhaust gases discharged from power turbine goes to intertube space of waste-heat boiler with subsequent removal of generated heat by means of water. Temperature of steam-and water mixture downstream of waste-heat boiler is kept constant and equal to 80-150 C by way of turning of guiding devices of compressor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of operation of gas-turbine power plant. 1 tbl
