FIELD: medicine, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of method for preparing neutral lipids exhibiting high activity and sufficient purity degree for intravenous administration and composition based on thereof for oral, intravenous and intraarterial administration. Neutral lipids isolated from Job's tears grains are triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerids and fatty acid alkyl ester. Method of preparing involves an extraction of Job's tears grains with an organic solvent, alkaline saponification, neutralization of obtained emulsion with acetone, deemulsification with acetone and purification of acetone fraction by extraction of the end product with an organic solvent. A pharmaceutical composition consists of neutral lipids at amount 2.5-25 g and pharmaceutically acceptable additions and shows antitumor and immunostimulating effects.
