SUBSTANCE: method includes rubbing of materials surface by mixing dense pulps with removal of formed material fraction sizing less than 0.5 mm, separation of material sizing above 0.5 mm. Pulp mixing is carried out for 2-10 min in the presence of electrolysis product of service water produced with applied electricity from 0.01 to 0.1 Ah/l.
