FIELD: concentration of minerals containing lumpy clay in large quantities, for instance, concentration of gold-containing sands or nonmetalliferous sand-gravel mixture. SUBSTANCE: plant includes module for extraction of large-piece lumpy clay and oversizes, module for jet cutting and module for disintegration and grading. The first module is made in the form of bar screen whose loading part has hinged receiving and reflecting shield with sprinkler. Tail parts of grate bar are embedded in rubber-metal shock-absorbing unit attached to supporting frame. Each grate bar of screen on the side of working part has damping cover plate with lining jacket. Working part of grate bars is bent at an angle at least 30 deg. Module for jet cutting includes chamber of jet cutting with several rows of nozzles 14 displaced relative to one another, located on chamber cover and connected with water-supplying header 15. Module for disintegration and grading includes scrubber with washing drum of polyhedral prism shape and consisting of several coaxially located screens. EFFECT: higher efficiency of disintegration, reduced consumption of energy and water and improved value of specific metal content. 3 dwg
