FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: scrubber unit comprises a base frame with installed on it loading and receiving bins, desintegrator formed by cylindrical flight with unloading branch pipe and lifters, driving and bearing rollers, a sizing trommel of frame type fitted with decks, loading window, driving and bearing rollers. A desintegrator and sizing trommel have individual drives, they are designed as 2 independent aligned units and mated by an unloading branch pipe which freely fits the loading window of the sizing trammel with a possibility of change of longitudinal slope angle with reference to each other. The loading window of the sizing trommel is fitted with an elastic apron. The base frame consists of two parts and is fitted with the pivot.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of washover, and extraction of precious metals both from sand, and from silt fractions of dressed material.
