SUBSTANCE: method consists in heating starting crystalline material to melting temperature and subsequently depositing it onto rotating support, deposition being performed at support's rotation speed in accordance to following inequality: where σв is ultimate strength of crystalline material with the same composition at temperature equal to that of support (Ts), N/sq.m; ρ density of crystalline material of the same composition, kg/cu.m; R minimum distance from axis of rotation to coating surface, m.
