FIELD: transportation of cargoes on submersible barges. SUBSTANCE: complex includes submersible barges connected with towboat. Submersible barges are provided with positive buoyancy elements and controllable winches whose ropes are connected with submersible barges. Positive buoyancy elements. interconnected together are also connected with towboat by means of ropes. One submersible barge is connected with towboat by engine fuel supply main; other submersible barge is provided with landing gear for carrying the towboat; landing gear is equipped with controllable grips for holding the towboat on submersible barge. Towboat is provided with positive buoyancy elements secured on rope of controllable winch. These elements carry outlet of air exchanger main for engine and crew and TV camera.
