FIELD: transportation of cargoes on submersible barges in submerged position under ice condition. SUBSTANCE: set includes submersible barges equipped with floats with controllable winches whose ropes are connected with submersible barges; floats are interconnected together and are connected with tug by means of rods. Front submersible barge is provided with device for basing the tug and tug is provided with grips for keeping it on basing device of submersible barge with its fore portion projecting beyond fore extremity of barge. Fore portion of tug is provided with swivel frame with sprockets, chains with cutting members and drive for rotation of lower sprocket. Provision is made for locking the frame at vertical position of chain with cutting members. Tug is provided with stops for limiting its motion towards lower surface of ice field and floats secured on ropes of its winches. EFFECT: enhanced safety of navigation under ice conditions. 3 cl, 9 dwg
