SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of androstane of the formula (I) where R^1- is hydrogen atom or alkanoyl; R² is alkanoyl; W and W^2- are similar or distinct or one of symbol means chemical bond and other - , or W¹- is and W²- is ; one of R³ and R⁴ - hydrogen atom and other - OR¹; or R³ and R⁴ mean together oxo-group or C_2-5--alkylenedioxyl; E, R⁵- - alkyl or alkenyl at condition that in derivatives containing cyclic structure with two nitrogen atoms only that E-substituent indicates the above indicated group that is bound with nitrogen atom by chemical bond but nitrogen atom is not bound directly with steroid skeleton of molecule while another substituent E means free electron pair; X^- - - anion; n and m independently each of other = 2 or 4 at condition that n + m in a single cyclic structure = 4-6 being independently of value in other cycle. Compounds of the formula (I) show nondestructive nerve-muscle blocking effect and can be used for relaxation during endotracheal anesthesia, at shock therapy and for treatment of spastic cross-striated muscles sicknesses.
