SUBSTANCE: cylinder-shaped anode is pressed inside a dielectric pipe connection, and the pipe connection is drifted by metal pins providing an electric contact of the pipe inner surface with the anode; the pipe connection with the anode is placed inside the pipeline end and fastened to the pipeline inner surface by deformation, the dielectric pipe connection is drifted by metal pins on the side of the anode end entering the pipeline cavity, and the anode is engageable with the transported medium with equal or larger surface than the inner surface of the valve to be protected.
