FIELD: aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: power plant has two mechanical oscillating circuits, each containing air duct 2 with adjustable body 1 in form of flexibly deformable symmetrical profile wing with curved tail and axis of rotation on front edge. Serviceability of circuits is provided by their fastening in bearing housings of load bearing profiled frame, and required coordination of antiphase duty is provided by means of auxiliary electromagnet. Higher thrust performance of power plant is provided by momentary encounter of oppositely swirled vortex structures in dissipation combustion chamber 5 and converting their kinetic energy into thermal energy of low temperature plasma. EFFECT: increased rigidly of construction owing to safe use of kinetic energy of gas vortex structures in uniflow systems. 3 cl, 9 dwg
