FIELD: air-conditioning systems for rooms at high heat release rate and for industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing outside and room air at varying quantitative ratio in cold seasons and at constant quantitative ratio in warm seasons. In cold seasons, mixing is effected to temperature equal to temperature of incoming air and in warm seasons, mixture is cooled and dehumidified to temperature equal to temperature of incoming air; supply of outside air in warm seasons shall comply with sanitation standards regarding oxygen. EFFECT: reduced consumption of power due to reduced consumption of cold cooling and dehumidification of air mixture. 4 dwg
