FIELD: measurement of parameters of liquid and loose substance flows. SUBSTANCE: heat meter has forward pipeline coupled to heating appliance input and return pipeline coupled to heating appliance output. It also includes electrothermal transducer of heat-carrier temperature positioned in one of pipelines. Heat-carrier temperature gauges are installed at input and output of heating appliance, as well as upstream and downstream of electrothermal transducer. Control inputs of electric power controllable source are connected to outputs of temperature gauges, respectively. Output of electric power source is connected to supply input of electrothermal transducer. Electric power meter is connected to electric power source. Electric power source along with electrothermal transducer of heat-carrier temperature and heat-carrier temperature gauges stabilizes relation of heat-carrier temperature difference at input and output of heating appliance to heat-carrier temperature difference upstream and downstream of electrothermal transducer. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement results. 5 cl, 4 dwg
