FIELD: heat power measurement; measurement of flow rate of liquid and gaseous heat carriers. SUBSTANCE: flowmetering part of device has channel in the form of open ring on which side heat flow transducers are positioned. Temperature difference sensitive element is installed between ends of channel. When heated or cooled substance moves over channel partial transmission of heat power through radiators takes place and is measured by heat flow transducers. Temperature difference sensitive element measures temperature difference between ends of channel. Signals from transducers and sensitive element are sent to computing device. Temperature sensitive elements are also used at input and output of heat consumer when measuring the amount of heat. EFFECT: higher level of signal at flow rates of up to hundreds of kg/h; small dimensions and simple design. 1 dwg
