FIELD: units for measuring and recording thermal energy transmitted via pipes by liquid and gaseous agents. SUBSTANCE: proposed counter includes measuring and computing units, temperature sensors and passage in housing. Heat flux sensors are located on sides of housing together with heat-sinks. Located inside passage are two sleeves with their bottoms directed towards each other. Inlet and outlet branch pipes enter these sleeves. Temperature differential sensor is placed between sleeves. Heated flow of heat-transfer agent gives off part of thermal energy "q" through heat-sinks, thus changing its temperature by Δt. Measuring "q" and Δt, computer unit determines flow rate of heat-transfer agent and amount of heat taking into account its temperature. EFFECT: ease in use, low cost and enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
