FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying medial laparotomy. Omental graft on vascular limb is formed and brought from the abdominal cavity under inguinal ligament to the femur and implanted in muscular tunnel. Distal portion of the omental graft is brought and placed on the femoral bone and implanted in the medullary canal through trepanation opening to be fixed there in the position of engagement to medullary tissue by means of wire having a flat platform. The trepanation opening is created with diameter of 15-20 mm. EFFECT: increased volume of collateral blood circulation. 2 cl
