FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should alternately introduce 0.5%-novocaine solution at the dosage of 20 ml first and then 20%-sodium oxybutyrate solution at the dosage of 10 ml once/3 d into area or areas of maximum ischemic pains, 10 procedures/course. The present innovation helps to decrease side effects, increase therapy efficiency and terms of remission, simplifies the method due to alternate introduction of preparations that enables to avoid undesirable chemical interactions and keep their concentration potential in interacting with tissues and, also, due to the fact that medicinal preparations are alternately supplied into lesion focus.
