FIELD: shipbuilding; water transport; designing of sea-going vessels with trimaran hulls. SUBSTANCE: sea-going vessel has one central hull and two side hulls giving support for cargo platform. Vessel is also provided with respective stabilizers running downward from hulls, main propulsor and control members. Vertical longitudinal section of platform has profile of hydrofoil for forming aerodynamic lift during motion of vessel. Spindle-shaped pods mounted in lower portion of stabilizers are used for supporting the main propulsor and control members. Cargo platform may be provided with appendages located on both lateral sides which also have form of hydrofoil. It is good practice to make these members foldable in way of midsection of vessel to reduce her transversal dimensions. Vertical and horizontal rudders may be used as control members. It is good practice to make stabilizers retractable or foldable to reduce draft of displacement vessel which may be provided with turbines or other engines for driving the propellers, water-jet propulsors or other propulsors. Auxiliary power plant used for maneuverability or emergency propelling of vessel may be arranged in side hulls. EFFECT: reduction of displacement of submersible parts of vessel due to complete support by aerodynamic lift. 7 cl, 3 dwg
