FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this electrode-type heater can be used for heating bottom-hole zone of oil wells. Heater has following components: body which is partially filled with electrolyte, electrode with its end immersed in electrolyte, glanded fluoroplastic joint with taper thread, and turbine. Supplied to electrode and body of heater is potential difference. Due to action of fluid, turbine rotates in process of lowering into well and in this case it operates as scraper for cleaning pipes inside. Aforesaid embodiment of electrode-type heater is of simplified design and improved operating reliability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
