FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, successively injected into bed are surface-active substances and gas. Determined are parameters of porosity and permeability of bed and direction of brine fluid motion. Determined in this direction are coordinates of bed area with zero or low gas saturation, and at least one relief well is drilled, or used for this purpose is flooded producing well. Used as surface-active substance is surface-active substance with surface tension within 17-28 mJ/m2. Brine fluid is recovered through relief well or through flooded producing well. Application of aforesaid method prolongs period of waterless operation of gas deposits and of underground gas storages due to regulated speed of brine fluid movement. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
