FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering; drives of vehicles, machine tools and mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: method comes to building engine or machine of two rotors 1 and 6, forming of working mixture supply chambers, compressing of change, combustion and expansion with formation of force pulse on power shaft, and exhaust of gases owing to relative arrangement of vanes 2, 3, 4, 5 of outer rotor 1 and vanes 7, 8, 9, 10 of inner rotor 6 and their movement and movement of chambers relative to fixed axis of rotation of engine or machine. Motion is imparted to rotors in one direction and they are moved either in turn, with alternating stops or together, with alternating advances of one rotor relative to the other, their motions being summed up and transmitted to power shaft. Engine or internal combustion machine has inner rotor 6 and outer rotor installed coaxially with inner rotor on bearings. Rotors are coupled in one direction. Rotors have equal number of vanes which can be from two vanes or greater number of vanes. Timing mechanism 15 is installed in space of inner rotor. Rotors are coupled with each other and with power shaft through system of gears 27, 28, 29 with carrier 32 providing summing up of speeds and transmission of summary speed from rotors to power shaft 33. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption-to-power unit ratio, provision of efficiency close to unity, high speed of power shaft, low specific weight and equalized system of mechanisms in dynamic condition. 11 cl, 12 dwg
