SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a combined power plant with rotary engines. Essence of the invention is the fact that combined powerplant comprises two internal combustion engines, an electric drive and a control and switching mechanism mounted on the same shaft in the installation housing. Motors are rotary-blade and mounted on both sides of electric drive, the driving wheels to the electric drive. Electric drive is made in the form of a housing with a stator and a rotor coaxially mounted in it, which is rigidly fixed on the shaft by means of a rotor disk, and the control and switching mechanism is made in the form of a control clutch, which is mounted on the installation shaft inside the rotor. Engines can be the same design, of the same or different power.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in performance coefficient, efficiency, powerplant reliability, downsizing, ease of assembly and simplified design by providing the ability to change the torque without using the device to change the gear ratio on the input and output shaft.
