SUBSTANCE: device measuring concentration of ammonia is supplemented with logarithmic converter, analog-to-digital converter, closed temperature control system. Film of phtalocyanin is used as gas sensitive layer of semiconductor sensor and liquid crystal indicator is employed in the capacity of display. EFFECT: obtainment of linear character of dependence of output signal of converting part of device on concentration of ammonia, display of information in digital form, diminished measurement error, enhanced noise immunity and decreased working temperature. 2 dwg
