FIELD: optoelectronics. SUBSTANCE: process consists in application of ohmic rear electrode on backing of inorganic semiconductor, in application of organic semiconductor of metalphthalcyanine on other surface of given backing, in doping of this organic semiconductor with oxygen and in application of upper electrode letting through not less than 10% of incident radiation on to doped layer. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of determination of concentration of ozone in atmospheric layer of the Earth. 4 dwg
