FIELD: slotted gas lasers. SUBSTANCE: laser has laser head whose casing accommodates flat electrodes spaced apart to form discharge gap combined with optical channel of cavity. Channel passing high-frequency power to discharge gap is provided with n-type matching device, such as ribbon conductor, connected to high-frequency electrode at points symmetrical relative to center. Cooling system is built up of coaxial tubes for coolant admission and drain. Novelty is also introduction of intermediate-power optoelectronic system for controlling intermediate power of output radiation flux built around diffraction coupler ensuring zero and minus one order of flux diffraction. Specific design of diffraction structure ensures reflectivity to zero diffraction order about 98% of laser output power and branching of 0.1% of power to minus one diffraction order which is used to control high-frequency exciter for stabilizing pimping power level and, consequently, output radiation intermediate power. EFFECT: compact design and facilitated maintenance of laser. 7 cl, 3 dwg
