The novelty in the scrubber is in the fact that the drip pan has coaxially installed one or several hollow cylindrical inserts sprinkled by water, whose relative position supposes a shift of one insert relative to another by a value of the insert diameter, and a gas swirler is installed at the inlet of each insert, and overspeed stabilizers-spray catchers are installed at the outlet.
