FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet cleaning of wet gases. Proposed method comprises cleaning hot flows of off gases in recuperative air heater and, then, in Venturi scrubber-cooler by tap water. Gas/fluid flows of combustion products flowing out from said scrubber-cooler are dried to separate coarse particle of mineral admixtures to be extracted into sludge. Remained dust particles are entrapped by fluid in dist arrester. Wetted dust particles are separated in Venturi scrubber provided with entrainment separator to remove fluid from downstream of said dust arrester. Used fluid suspension or solution fed from Venturi scrubber is divided into two flows. First flow is diluted by fluid circulated in Venturi scrubber and fed back into Venturi scrubber-cooler. Second flow is fed into spraying drier to extract remained solid particles on mineral admixtures from used fluid. Heated air from recuperative air heater is fed in clean gas flue communicated with chimney while moisture extracted therein is fed into tap water tank.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
