SUBSTANCE: method involves an interaction of chrome (VI) compound with wood saw-dust at pH 2.75-6 and sorption exchange capacity 2.5-3.0 mg chrome/1 g wood saw-dust. Value of pH is regulated by continuous neutralization of solution up to optimal values. Method provides optimization of treatment process of sewage from chrome (VI) compounds and ensures to decrease consumption of reagents and wood saw-dust.
