FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removing organic substances surfactant-stabilized in aqueous phase and hardness salts from waste water. The task is accomplished by treating waste water with calcium and/or magnesium chloride and separating water and organic phases, metal chlorides being added in weight proportion to organics 1:250 and hardness salts being extracted and/or floated into organic phase. Heating to 100 C is possible. EFFECT: increased waste water purification degree, speeded up process, reduced usage of reagents, and eliminated waste. 2 cl, 1 tbl
