FIELD: equipment for spraying gas thermal coating. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cart mounted in housing and equipped with drive mechanism comprising electric engines connected to reducers, plasmotron and rocking mechanism thereof, and is further equipped with pan having threaded openings, into which are inserted adjusting screws resting upon cart, worm reducer, electric pneumatic valves and pneumatic cylinders. Pistons movable in pneumatic cylinders are spring-loaded with respect to housing. Cart drive reducers are made cylindrical and have different transmission ratios and common driven shaft, whose free end is made in the form of screw joined to cart through nut rigidly connected to it. Driven shaft of worm reducer is connected through belt transmission to cam shaft of plasmotron rocking mechanism. Driving shafts of cylindrical and worm reducers are connected with electric drive through belt transmissions. Movable tooth-type couplings are mounted on electric engine shaft and on driven shaft of cylindrical reducers. Tooth-type couplings are pivotally connected to pistons of cylinders communicating with electric pneumatic valves via pipelines.
