HINGE FOR LEAF Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to products of electrical engineering industry and namely to manufacture of electrical panels, control cabinets, lighting switchboards, power boxes. Hinge has bracket with hole. Bracket is secured on leaf and on frame. Also provided is rotation axle. Bracket is installed in frame with transfer seating for possible interaction with limiter provided on frame when leaf is opened to preset angle. Bracket is made flat and rigid. Part of bracket in plan secured on frame repeats external contour of frame at facing side. Rotation axle is installed in bracket plane at distances from frame contour turned towards leaf and from bracket contour at facing side, thus allowing for opening leaf to preset angle. Aforesaid embodiment of hinge allows for reducing amount of metal needed to manufacture, also makes it more compact in size, and widens functional potentialities.
