FIELD: mechanical engineering; fuel supply systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed method aimed at prevention of formation of ice plugs in fuel supply system at ambient temperature drops caused by water getting into system from condensate or in process of filling-in the system comes to the following: fuel is delivered along channels inclined relative to horizon. Device for implementation of proposed method has traps and channels connected with fuel system components such as pumps, carburetor and filters. Traps are connected with fuel system components. Inclined channels are combined with fuel system components. heated room and/or additional consumption of fuel or energy for heating are not required when proposed system is used. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of operation at high ambient temperature drops. 9 cl, 11 dwg
