SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing perforated disk or a piece of porous fabric to one end of intestinal segment and attaching to abdominal cavity wall for instance in the area of xiphoid process. Perforated disk with thread is sutured to the other end of the intestinal segment. Time needed for intestinal wall to adhere to the perforated disks being passed, the intestine is pulled with some force applied according to a program predefined.
