SUBSTANCE: one should tighten up a common bile duct at the site of its entering pancreatic tissue, tighten up a biliary-pancreatic duct by stepping about 3-4 mm against duodenum for shunting it with the help of prosthesis to provide intestinal biliary entering. In peculiar case, for the purpose to widen research possibilities it is possible to introduce a probe into rat's intestine. The innovation enables to obtain a model of extrasecretory pancreatic deficiency of rats along with widening research possibilities due to excluding the disorders of biliary outflow.
