FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming osteocutaneous graft by taking the osteocutaneous graft on vascular limb and suturing it with separated sutures passed above one side of the bone. The graft is sutured into the defect through the skin derma accessed from the other side. Then the vascular limb is placed into prepared subcutaneous tunnel connecting the wound and setting end-to-end anastomosis between the graft vessels, carotid branches and jugular vein. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; low traumatic injuries. 6 dwg
