FIELD: medicine, particularly, transplantation of organs and tissues. SUBSTANCE: new method of bone defect plasty includes step of preparation of recipient zone by isolating bone stump and recipient vessels. What distinguishes disclosed method from prior art is that bone transplant is prepared from shoulder bone of miscarried human fetus kept in for 15 to 25 weeks. Transplant carries vascular limb made up of subclavian vessels. Further steps are osteosynthesis and application of microvascular anastomoses in between transplant subclavian vessels and recipient vessels. Immunodepressants are not prescribed in post-operative period. Above described transplant is called " allobrefotransplant". EFFECT: effective transplant having perfect plastic qualities and low immunogenicity; lower rate of traumatism and shorter operation period.
