FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves substituting defect of the inferior wall of the orbit after performing orbital bones repositioning. The inferior wall of the orbit is substituted with muscular temporofascial flap. The flap is shifted to the orbital cavity through the window preproduced in the exterior wall of the orbit. The flap is laid with its fascial surface directed towards the antrum of Highmore and attached to the surrounding soft tissues. EFFECT: avoided recidivation of orbit deformity; insulation of orbit apart from the antrum of Highmore.
