FIELD: medicine, ultrasonic analysis. SUBSTANCE: contrast medium has gas-filled particles (diameter is less 10 mcm). Microparticle shell consists of polyalkylcyan- -acrylates or γ-,α- or β--hydroxycarboxylic acid esters and microparticles are suspended in pharmaceutically acceptable suspension medium. Specific gravity of microparticles is less 0.7 g/cm3. Microparticles are obtained by dispersing monomeric cyanacrylate in an acid aqueous solution for 5 min - 3 h. Microparticles are separated, placed in pharmaceutically acceptable suspension medium and dried by freezing out. The second variant of a method: α-,β- or γ--Hydroxycarboxylic acid ester is dissolved in harmless solvent, obtained solution is added at dispersing to gas-containing liquid and dispersing is continued in the presence of water-dispersed emulsifier for 30 min - 2 h. Obtained microparticles are separated, placed in pharmaceutically acceptable suspension medium and dried by freezing out. Invention claims microparticles filled with gas and having polymeric shell. Invention can be used in medicine in ultrasonic analysis, in part, in oncology. EFFECT: improved method of producing, enhanced pharmacological safety. 28 cl, 1 tbl
