FIELD: designs of reactors for conduction of catalytic processes, in particular, for hydrofining of oil fractions in gas-liquid state; may be used in oil refining and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of disperse reaction mixture in zone of its introduction into catalyst layer that is attained by direction of flow through diffusers and guide vanes on baffling ring and supply of cooling gas jet to section of gas-liquid mixture. EFFECT: improved conditions of contacting the gas-liquid mixture in zone of introduction into catalyst layer to increase the depth of conversion of target reaction. 3 cl, 3 dwg
