SUBSTANCE: grinder has stationary cylindrical housing with concentrically installed cylindrical rotor. grinding members made in form of rollers are arranged in working chamber freely for rotation along cylindrical surface of housing of housing and around their axes. Rollers are fixed in parallel relative to cylinder by rotor housing on cylinder of which locks are installed radially.
