FIELD: construction industry, in particular, equipment for milling and mixing of raw material components for producing construction materials. SUBSTANCE: milling and mixing unit has cylindrical casing, milling chambers with milling bodies, mixing chamber with working tools, and additive inlet branch pipe. Milling chamber has working tools mounted on common shaft. Milling chamber is separated from mixing chamber by perforated partition wall. Working tools of mixing chamber are combination of blades and springs which are fixed with their ends on blades. Discharge branch pipe is offset in the direction of rotation of shaft through 45 deg. Milling bodies may be formed as cylindrical rollers or spherical parts. Ratio of diameters of milling chamber and mixing chamber may be within the range of 1.1-1.4, and length ratio of milling chamber and mixing chamber is within the range of 1.3-2.
