FIELD: transport engineering; doors of freight railway cars and containers. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with two smooth holes and one threaded hole. To provide clamping of wire rope passed through smooth holes, threaded hole intersects one of smooth holes, and stop is turned into threaded hole. To enhance reliability of locking, threaded hole is made with displacement relative to intersected smooth hole in the wall of which, in zone of wire rope wedging, recess is made at side opposite to threaded hole. Section of wire rope is arranged in this recess when stop is turned into threaded hole. EFFECT: enhanced protection of doors. 5 cl, 7 dwg
