FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has channel for letting through free end of rope and threaded aperture in wall of body positioned at an angle to the latter, coaxial to aperture of larger diameter for positioning fixture therein, consisting of separable handle, stop head with threaded, cylindrical and conical portions and recess with weakened cross-section between the latter. Channel for letting through the free end of rope and aperture with fixed end of rope are made crossing, and all points of their axial lines belong to different parallel planes, and at the end of body on the side of aperture with fixed rope end groove is made, parallel to fixed rope end.

EFFECT: higher reliability, higher durability, higher efficiency.
